According to the US Census Bureau’s latest report the number of Hispanic-owned businesses in the United States increased by 43.7 percent to 2.3 million. They generated $345.2 billion in sales in 2007, up 55.5 percent compared with 2002. Since the majority of Hispanic-owned companies have fewer than 100 employees they rely on small business accounting programs, but the market leading QuickBooks application is not available in Spanish.
