LivePlan App Available in Intuit’s App Center for QuickBooks Users / LivePlan helps small business owners make sense of QuickBooks data. The tool makes it easier to analyze and track QuickBooks numbers and determine how to act on the results.

LivePlan, a business planning and performance tracking tool from Palo Alto Software, is now available in Intuit’s App Center marketplace for small business owners and accountants using QuickBooks. LivePlan provides anywhere, anytime access to key QuickBooks data and helps businesses understand exactly how they are doing compared to their forecasts and historical performance.

LivePlan helps small business owners create a business plan, and track their performance against their plan. By integrating with QuickBooks, LivePlan enables small business owners to know where their business stands financially by automatically comparing budgets and forecasts to their actual results from QuickBooks. The tool also tracks an entrepreneur’s progress compared to previous performance, allowing a business owner to track trends over time, and identify business assumptions that might be changing.

With LivePlan, small business owners can access QuickBooks financial information at any time from anywhere they have an Internet connection. This allows accountants and bookkeepers to spend less time running QuickBooks reports and crunching numbers and more time helping the small business owners they work for understand how to grow their business quickly, but in a smart way. Additionally, when updates are made in QuickBooks, LivePlan integrates the updated data automatically.

Representatives from Palo Alto Software will be exhibiting at the Sleeter Group Accounting Solutions Conference November 3-6 in Las Vegas to introduce how QuickBooks for Windows can be integrated with LivePlan.

Intuit’s App Center is open to all business owners and accountants using QuickBooks to manage financials. QuickBooks users can access various apps from the marketplace that can be used with QuickBooks data and offer additional features. LivePlan is available for $19.95 per month or $139.95 annually. A 30-day free trial is available now in the Intuit App Center.
