Invisible Steps: Behavioral Economics Driving Design (#Minted)
Friday, March 7, 5 p.m.: Vince Maniago, group product manager at Mint.com, will lead a session on how consumer behavior drives action, based on what Mint.com has learned from its users. He’ll discuss what motivates people to do what they do, how this affects product innovation and how to influence good financial decisions.

UX Love Potion: Influencing through Collaboration (#uxlove)
Monday, March 10, 9:30 a.m.: Alissa Briggs, senior user experience manager and principal designer, and Raman Hansi, principal experience design researcher and innovation catalyst, will share how they brewed a “UX love potion” to transform teammates and stakeholders into advocates to create the 5-star Intuit Snap Payroll app.

Create Awesome: Empower Teams to Change the World (#buildteams)
Monday, March 10, 12:30 p.m.: Scott Cook will share what he has learned as an entrepreneur since founding the company more than 30 years ago. He will also reveal entrepreneurial tools created at Intuit to help small teams use lean experimentation to create awesome products. Fight for Delight Club – Start a Design Revolution (#DesignREV)
Monday, March 10, 5:30 p.m.: Ben Blank, innovation leader, will train attendees to start a design-thinking movement within their organizations to create better products and services. He will discuss the principles of design thinking that will enable attendees to shape teams and organizations for success.
