Neat Announces Seamless Integrations with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online

Neat virtually eliminates data entry associated with receipts and invoices; speeds bookkeeping and accounting processes for small businesses

Critical financial records, like receipts, vendor invoices and expense reports, easily captured in Neat’s state-of-the-art system, can be sent to QuickBooks Online with a single click, leveraging all critical components already setup in QuickBooks.
Neat’s seamless integrations with QuickBooks Online makes it easy to get things done by virtually eliminating time spent importing and re-entering information. Using Neat, along with QuickBooks Online, helps small businesses, bookkeepers and accountants:

Neat’s integration with QuickBooks Online simplifies the receipts, vendor invoices and expense report processes that small businesses, bookkeepers and accountants deal with every day. For example, receipts can be sent directly to a QuickBooks Online credit card account to be matched against data imported from financial institutions. Likewise, vendor invoices and employee expense reports can be instantly delivered into QuickBooks reducing the time spent on tedious office tasks and eliminating manually data entry into accounting software.

Neat’s cloud-based application is available now on the Intuit App Center with a 30-day trial. QuickBooks Online users looking to add Neat’s parsing, sorting and organizing technology will be able to use their existing QuickBooks username and password to sign into their Neat account.
